Liner notes
Compose a reflective folk song about Richfield, Wisconsin, capturing its transition from a 19th-century wheat and dairy farming community to a modern village. Sing about the old La Crosse and Milwaukee Railroad that once crossed the town, and the kettle lakes like Lake Amy Belle where summer camps were built. The song should evoke the rolling agricultural fields and the enduring spirit of the German and Irish immigrants who first settled the land.
