Alta, IA, USA
americana
Liner notes
An upbeat americana song about Alta, Iowa, celebrating its roots as the highest point on the old railroad line. The lyrics should paint a picture of the sleek wind turbines spinning above the Buena Vista County farmland and the local kids gathering near the high school on West 5th Street. The warm, acoustic-driven vocals should reflect the enduring spirit of a community built on agribusiness, echoing down Main Street past the city hall.
