Liner notes
Write a folk song with vocals about the tiny, fading railroad town of Bartlett, Iowa. Sing about the memories of 1867 when the trains first rolled through to Council Bluffs, and Annie Bartlett Phelps gave the town its name. Reflect on the quiet reality of a place near the Missouri River where only a handful of souls remain today.
