Arcadia, IA, USA
polka
Liner notes
Write a polka-infused folk song about Arcadia, Iowa, the town once called Tip Top sitting high on the Missouri-Mississippi Divide. Sing about the German immigrants who built the town, the great fire of 1880 that tested their resolve, and the water tower that stands tall over Main Street today. Let the accordion and acoustic guitar celebrate the resilience and community spirit of this Carroll County town.
