Lily Lake, WI, USA
acoustic folk
Liner notes
Write a gentle acoustic folk song about Lily Lake, Wisconsin. Sing about the quiet mornings on the 88-acre lake, the old summer cottages along the north shore that date back to the 1930s, and the memories of the Boy Scout camp from the 1920s. Let the lyrics reflect the peaceful retreat from urban life, the counterclockwise boats moving at wake speed, and the deep underground springs from Lake Superior that feed the tranquil waters.
