Colby, WI, USA
country-folk
Liner notes
Write an upbeat country-folk song about Colby, Wisconsin, the proud birthplace of Colby cheese. Sing about Joseph Steinwand stirring the curds in 1885 and the town's deep dairy roots. Mention the annual Colby Cheese Days festival and the hardworking folks in Clark and Marathon counties who keep the tradition alive.
