Southgate, MI, USA
heartland rock
Liner notes
A driving heartland rock anthem about growing up in the Old Homestead neighborhood of Southgate. The singer reminisces about Friday nights near the Southgate Fun & Fitness Centre and grabbing a bite in the Dining Capital of Downriver. Gritty electric guitars and a steady drumbeat echo the resilient, working-class pride of this Wayne County suburb.
