Crab Orchard

Liner notes

A lively bluegrass tune echoing the historic nights at the Howard Theater, where the ghosts of country legends still sing along Main Street. The lyrics tell the story of pioneers resting by the old mineral springs and the sweet scent of wild crab apple trees that gave Crab Orchard its name. Fiddles and banjos drive a fast-paced, toe-tapping rhythm that celebrates the town's deep Kentucky roots and the legacy of the first clay racetrack at Sportsman's Hill.
