Folk
Liner notes
A warm, contemplative folk ballad led by fingerpicked acoustic guitar, weeping pedal steel, and weathered male vocals telling tales of Floyd Township's quiet gravel roads and old timber stands along US Highway 36. The arrangement builds with subtle brushed snare and upright bass into an earthy, nostalgic chorus reflecting on 1850s pioneer roots and Putnam County sunsets.
